Days 3-7

went in recent days, it finally go right and therefore was not quite as much time to write something. So far our system to work well and so far we have seen so far little unexpected. Only in the more volatile compounds we see little variation in which I do not know yet whether this is systemic in nature or whether it is actually to see so in the sea.

In recent days I've worked a lot (as one engineer was still on board, I have worked in almost 35h and 48h to gabs little sleep. It was then very difficult). But then we have in Mindelo on the Cape Verde created, exchanged the technician (this was planned from the start of something) and now we work a shift system, which is something relaxing. For the stations where I take no theoretical sampling and not working I want to help anyway, since a Mitfahrerin something fails because of illness. animal Technically, we have now also seen a lot. At TENATSO we saw "only" a few small flying fish and a few funny red-glowing squid at night. Now the flying fish are larger but and as it became the last days is very schauklig and windy and the boat tends to make fun (some 10 °, that sounds a little, but feels somehow of much), these flying fish jump suicidal on our deck (or against smash and not a great idea). A few were able to save him. Great enough, but today we saw two turtles, we have unfortunately not photographed. But it was a highlight, and maybe even get that again.

So, here we go further to measure (if I get to the laboratory without injury. I haue like doors to the feet or am not going to go straight into the situation because of the waves). Soon something more to the things that we measure here and perform, and then again a few photos.
